Feuling Parts is an industry leader in aftermarket Harley-Davidson performance components located in Oceanside, CA. We are currently seeking a new team member to join our young, fast paced, creative, and talented family-style team.
Ideal candidates must have a positive attitude, be trust worthy, and have comprehensive knowledge of engines & motorcycles.
Job duties will require the ability to wear multiple hats. Estimated 50% technical support and 50% hands on work, which consists of product production, bike builds, R&D, and shop bike maintenance.
Job Duties:
- Providing customer support through email and phone calls.
- Assisting with hands on R&D projects, motorcycle builds & maintenance.
- Inspecting, assembling, and packaging new product for inventory.
- Handling and diagnosing return and warranty claims.
- Help keep the warehouse clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of Harley-Davidson engines & motorcycles.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with M1 endorsement.
- Be able to diagnose engine problems/issues by looking at damaged components and be able to back into a scenario by reading/inspecting the parts.
- Willing to learn how to diagnose and speak the Feuling way.
- Must have the ability to use precession measuring equipment.
- Must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work with little to no supervision.
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
