The successful applicant will be responsible for the dealership's marketing plan, ie: events, promotions, social media along with weekly management meetings. They will also manage the incoming donation and event requests.
Manage paid advertising - general/local/print/radio such as radio aids, online digital magazines such as Cycletrader ads/red hot email content.
Social Media (organic page management) Customer Service: monitor comments and sentiment - responds to customers, proactively address issues. General content: Product content, Event content and promotional content.
Lead Management: Monitor departmental lead submissions (not vehicle sales): Chase managers to ensure follow up.
Text management: Other content as time allows: event reminders & text messages.
Direct Mail: Program maintenance, program utilization and integration with other channels of marketing (tracking performance, ROI)
