Requirements:
- Harley-Davidson Knowledge with Proven Track Record in Automotive Service Advising/Management, prefer minimum of 2 years
- Knowledge to Maintain a Presentable, Productive and Efficient Shop that Produces Quality Work
- Ability to Increase Profitability by Maximizing Sales and Expense Monitoring
- Skills to Build and Cultivate Customer Relationships
- Capability to Work with Customers and Team Members of All Backgrounds
- Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Capacity to Multi-task and Work in a Fast Paced Environment
- Desire to Promote the Dealership and its Products/Services on a Continuous Basis
- Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
- Motorcycle Endorsement (or can obtain quickly)
