Great Opportunity for an Experienced Service Advisor
St. Paul H-D is known for the best service in the Twin Cities Metro Area so we are very busy year-round. We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who can help drive our high volume service department to the next level. We offer a base wage plus commission, paid on both service and parts sold, and bonus incentives for hitting sales targets. We require excellent communication and coaching skills, strong prioritization and organization skills, advanced knowledge of Harley-Davidson parts and accessories, motorcycle repair, and 3+ years’ experience. We have a fun, friendly work environment with a very strong team atmosphere. Expectations are pretty simple: work hard for the customer and the company, have a positive attitude, be a team player and be your best every day.
Working hours are split into overlapping 8-9 hour shifts to cover our operating hours of 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Howard's business opened at 277 West Seventh Street in Saint Paul and quickly became a community landmark. The store was then sold to and ran by Bob and Judy Crawford and then Tom and Melanie Giannetti until purchased in August of 2018 by two industry Veterans, Dale Rhoads and Justin Johnson.
Dale and Justin have both achieved some of the highest accolades in the Harley-Davidson Dealership Operations field and plan to take their years of success and strong customer service backgrounds into St. Paul Harley-Davidson to continue its reputation as "The Place To Go" for all things Harley in the Twin Cities Market.
