Our client, a multi-store powersports group in the rural Mid-Atlantic region is looking for a SERVICE MANAGER leader, to oversee the service departments and be a team leader who can generate new business. The ideal candidate has 5 years experience working in a similar role.
 
This is not your typical SERVICE MANAGER position. The ideal candidate can take an innovative approach to drive seasonal business in powersports and marine plus introduce new ideas. 

Primary responsibilities require refined knowledge and real-world experience in these areas:

1. Oversee and manage service operations
2. Define and execute the strategy for a 10-bay service center
3. Strong focus on CSI and building lasting relationships within the team and with customers
4. Passionate about the powersports business and capable to grow the business with minimal oversight

Compensation
The compensation plan for this role includes a competitive base salary, potential bonus opportunity and employee health benefits that include medical, vision and dental offerings. 
While a candidate who is already in the Mid-Atlantic region is preferred, but there is relocation assistance for the right candidate.
