As a Service Writer, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers when they bring their Harley-Davidson motorcycles in for service. You'll work closely with our team of expert technicians to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and attention, from the moment they walk through our doors to the moment they ride off on their newly serviced motorcycle.
You'll be responsible for scheduling appointments, preparing work orders, and communicating with customers about the status of their repairs. You'll work in a fun and dynamic environment, surrounded by other Harley enthusiasts who share your passion for the open road and the thrill of the ride.
