We’re currently looking far and wide for experienced Harley-Davidson Technicians to join our world class service department. We’re offering highly negotiable bonuses and relocation assistance packages to get the right talent to our store and are willing to work with eligible applicants to make things work! We also offer one of the strongest support systems in the country to help our techs maximize their earning potential. You’ll have a dedicated person to pull and stage bikes on lifts for you and dedicated parts-to-service team to bring you the parts you need to maximize your billed hours. This has been noted to help techs bill 15%-20% more hours than the average motorcycle/powersports dealership!

Qualifications
- Candidates need 2 years of formal Harley Davidson repair experience required, those without this experience will not be considered for an interview.
- The more experience, the more negotiable bonuses and relocation assistance will be!
- Must have Motorcycle Endorsement/Riding Experience
- Good driving record/driver’s license in good standing/must be insurable
- Ability to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Service and maintain Harley Davidson Motorcycle inventory
- Diagnose and troubleshoot bikes as they come through the service department
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Belmont became passionate about the developing sport at a young age, and in 1939, Howard's mother took out a mortgage on their home so that he could open the motorcycle shop that is now St. Paul Harley-Davidson®, incorporated in 1945. Howard's business opened at 277 West Seventh Street in Saint Paul and quickly became a community landmark. The store was then sold to and ran by Bob and Judy Crawford and then Tom and Melanie Giannetti until purchased in August of 2018 by two industry Veterans, Dale Rhoads and Justin Johnson.
Dale and Justin have both achieved some of the highest accolades in the Harley-Davidson Dealership Operations field and plan to take their years of success and strong customer service backgrounds into St. Paul Harley-Davidson to continue its reputation as "The Place To Go" for all things Harley in the Twin Cities Market.
