We're actively seeking several full-time Fit Specialists committed to transforming customers' motorcycle dreams into a reality.

While a motorcycle endorsement is not mandatory, possessing one would be an immense advantage, as would maintaining a good driving record.
This position is a commission based role. Can make anywhere from $40,000 - $80,000 within your first year!

- Proficiency in engaging with a diverse customer base
- High levels of enthusiasm
- A naturally positive outlook
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Self-motivated with a drive for success
- Knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles or a demonstrated ability to swiftly acquire such knowledge
- Ability to collaborate across all dealership departments to enhance both customer purchasing experiences and the dealership's profitability
