Job Description

Mile High Harley-Davidson of Parker is currently seeking a Service Manager to join our team. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the service department, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient operations. Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the service department, including scheduling, dispatching, staffing, and training
  • Ensure high-quality customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns

  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall dealership operations
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of motorcycles
