Job Description
Seeking a Master or Expert level technician to join our team here at Lone Wolf Harley-Davidson in Spokane Valley, Washington. Applicant must have his/her own tools and necessary equipment to perform and accomplish given job duties. Applicant must have a firm understanding of engine building, diagnostics, and repair, must be able to proficiently diagnose and repair electrical faults and concerns . Job duties also include but not limited to: installing and fitting H-D and aftermarket parts and accessories , electrical troubleshooting, engine performance upgrade installation and a clear understanding of Harley-Davidson digital technician program. These duties must be done in a reasonable time while adhering to our shop standards and SOPs. We are a large scale shop and maintain our business throughout the year with a slower period through the winter months. We pay an hourly rate with a flag rate and retention bonus based on skill level and schooling . Applicant must have valid motorcycle endorsement. All applicants encouraged to apply.
REQUIREMENTS :
-5+ years of experience working with Harley-Davidson motorcycles
-Strong diagnostic, repair, maintenance skills
-Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
-Necessary tools and equipment to perform required tasks
- Maintain technical qualifications by completing web-based, in dealership training and instructor led training .
