The right candidate is fluent in KPIs and transactional data and has at least 5 to 7 years of progressive experience leading, motivating, managing, and mentoring an H-D sales team of 5 to 10 individuals. The compensation for this role is based on experience and driven by performance. The comp range is in the neighborhood of $120k - $150k+.
