Our Harley-Davidson dealership client in rural Indiana is looking for an experienced, high-performance H-D General Manager for their thriving operation. The right candidate is fluent in KPIs and transactional data and has at least 5 to 7 years of progressive experience leading, motivating, managing, and mentoring an H-D sales team of 20 individuals retailing 400 units per year. The compensation for this role is based on experience and driven by performance, with a base salary of $90,000 plus commission ($30K++) . Benefits include relocation assistance and 80% employer-funded health coverage, 401k with a 5% match, and 40 hours of vacation the first year.
