Low Country Harley-Davidson is looking to add a Service Advisor to our Charleston family.  We are looking for someone who can provide superior customer service to both our internal and external customers, has the knowledge and experience with servicing Harley-Davidson motorcycles and other products sold by the dealership or has the ability to quickly learn them. Experience with POS computer software or the general knowledge and experience with computers is necessary. Motorcycle license preferred.  We offer a benefit package that includes paid holidays, paid time off, health insurance, 401K, vision, dental, life and disability plans for our full time employees.  Pay will be based on experience. Successful candidate is required to have the ability to coordinate the flow of motorcycles requiring service while maintaining 100% customer satisfaction. This process involves intake of customer vehicles, identification of customer concerns and service needs, scheduling work appropriately and assigning jobs to Service Technicians, completing all necessary paperwork, and presenting the vehicle back to the customer. Required to possess great communication skills, strong computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in service writing is desired. Technical knowledge of H-D motorcycles is favorable. Weekend availability is required.
