Working with other members of the accounting department to compile, analyze, and report financial data.
Making journal or ledger entries.
Assists with tax preparation, audits and identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Preparing state, local and special sales tax returns.
Act as a point of contact between internal departments and accounting, serving as liaison between accounting and external parties, including clients, suppliers, and lenders.
Ensures Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable items in a timely fashion
Coordinate and Authorize reconciliation of bills
Ensure that bills are processed and paid in a timely manner
